Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho would have won the Premier League title “two or three times” if he was the boss of Manchester City, says his former star protégé Didier Drogba.
The 40-year-old striker, who recently retired from football after a stint at USL club Phoenix Rising, believes the Red Devils’ struggles are not because of their Portuguese coach and should instead be blamed on the change in finances since the departure of Sir Alex Ferguson.
Drogba is also adamant Mourinho would have won more Premier League titles at City than Pep Guardiola if he was in charge of United’s neighbours.
