Max Breakfast

Enjoy your mornings with two of Abuja’s favourite OAP’s, Jennifer, Ebenezer and aboki. We start out by dedicating the day to someone special including yourself. This is themed according to the day of the week; for instance, Moody Mondays are about how people do not wish to be going to work while Funky Fridays are about the plans they have after work etc. Then we move on to educating the listener on discoveries ranging from "lost and founds" (places, items and events) to advancements in modern technology.

Renowned Nollywood veteran, Zack Orji, bravely shared his ordeal of experiencing amnesia before undergoing critical surgical procedures. In a recent development, Orji underwent two intricate brain surgeries after collapsing unexpectedly in his bathroom.

Delving deeper into his journey, he revealed during an interview with Channels TV on Sunday that he endured a challenging five and a half hours in a coma. Orji’s openness about his health struggles serves as a testament to his resilience and determination to overcome adversities.

His willingness to share his story not only sheds light on the fragility of life but also serves as a source of inspiration for others facing similar challenges. Through his courage and honesty, Orji continues to captivate hearts both on and off the screen, earning admiration for his unwavering strength and commitment to his well-being.

“I can only say that it’s by the grace of God that I’m alive today because I passed out. I was out for like five and a half hours before help came,” he recalled.

Orji added that his colleagues Benedict Johnson and Labista rushed to his house and “lifted me on their shoulders from the second floor to the ground floor and took me to the National Hospital”.

He said the first surgery was performed on January 1st but a month later, after scans revealed a residual blood clot, he underwent a second surgery.

He said, “Before the surgery, I couldn’t recognise people. Some of the people who came to the hospital to see me, I didn’t even know that they came and we were talking but I couldn’t remember them. I was my wife who told me those who came.

“But immediately after the surgery, the first question I asked was, ‘What day are we today?’ My wife said new year day and I started wishing everybody happy new year. She said that was when she knew that I am back.”
