Max Breakfast

Enjoy your mornings with two of Abuja’s favourite OAP’s, Jennifer, Ebenezer and aboki. We start out by dedicating the day to someone special including yourself. This is themed according to the day of the week; for instance, Moody Mondays are about how people do not wish to be going to work while Funky Fridays are about the plans they have after work etc. Then we move on to educating the listener on discoveries ranging from "lost and founds" (places, items and events) to advancements in modern technology.

DJOKOVIC WINS VISA SLAM IN AUSTRALIA

Written by on January 10, 2022

Novak Djokovic will be released from immigration detention immediately, according to the Australian government, which overruled a decision to invalidate his visa.

Djokovic was held upon arriving in Australia for the Australian Open, where he was scheduled to defend his Grand Slam title. The Australian Border Force revoked Djokovic’s visa and refused him entry, citing the possibility of deportation.

Djokovic’s legal team contended that border officials failed to provide him adequate notice of their intention to cancel his visa and that he had completed all of the necessary steps to ensure quarantine-free transit.

On Monday, Judge Anthony Kelly ordered that Djokovic’s legal expenses be paid by the Australian government, that his passport is restored to him, and that he be released from immigration detention within 30 minutes of the verdict.
