FRAUD CASE AGAINST MR WOODBERRY HUSHPUPPI’S HENCHMAN, DISMISSED

Mr. Woodberry was arrested in June, along with Ramon Abbas famous as Hushpuppi on a wire fraud of several million dollars.

Woodberry was accused of deceiving a Chicago company by sending wire transfers totalling $ 15.2 million and was extradited to the United States on July 2.

A jury in a US District Court in Illinois summarized the allegations against him a charge of eight wire fraud manager, contrary to Article 1343 of the US code.

However, the US government Monday, July 20 filed a petition through his lawyer John R. Lausch, asking that the case against him be dismissed without prejudice.
