The latest legal troubles for Nicki Minaj’s husband may leave her saying “Yikes.”
Kenneth Petty, 41, turned himself into federal custody Wednesday after failing to register as a sex offender in California, the U.S. Marshals Service. According to the reports, he was pull over in November. And arrested for not registering as a sex offender in California. He was later released on a $20,000 bond after being charged.
It was logical that after his arrest, he would register as a sex offender. However, that wasn’t the case as he did fail to do so. Petty latest battle with the law means he will be under pretrial supervision and has already surrendered his passport. His travel restricted to Southern California.
However, Kenneth Petty crimes took place in New York back in 1995. Where and when he was arrested and jailed for first-degree attempted rape. He served almost 4 years in NY state prison for the crime and was require to register as a sex offender.
