According the Nigerian movie star Halima Abubaka, rapists have become a threat to the society hence the need of harsh penalty should be employed. The actress has suggested that all defilers should be castrated.

In a post shared via her Instagram page on Wednesday, August 2020. Rapists are a menace to the society hence the need to have their penises chopped off.
