American rapper, Tekashi 6ix9ine, has exposed Billboard for allowing Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande to use 6 credit cards to buy 30, 000 copies of their single “stuck with you”.
The rapper took to Instagram to express his disappointment. 6ix9ine starts the video by making a bold claim: “I want the world to know Billboard is a lie. You can buy No.1s on Billboard.”
